Bed Slat Sets
We are able to produce in excess of 1900 webbed, drilled and shrink wrapped sets every day. We have invested in three webbing machines which automate the fabrication process.

Firstly we introduce timber which has been cross cut to length and then machined to profile into the infeed stack. The slat is then drawn into the machine, drilled, stapled and then pushed forward to create the specified gap between slats, this process is repeated until a set has been produced. Then the webbing is automatically cut and the finished set is then banded and fed into the shrink wrapping line. |
Our machines allow us to specify whatever gap is required to conform to legislation, drill wherever required and in what configuration. We are able to produce sets entirely suitable for your products and would welcome your enquiry, from 150 mixed sets to full loads.
