Ramsey Timber have addressed the identified risks to pedestrian safety across our site by installing pedestrian gates and barriers both internally, and outside near to several roller shutter doors.
Karen Waddington, Health and Safety Manager, explained this is one part of a plan to continually improve pedestrian safety. “Next Year we will look to implement barriers and gates near all roller shutter doors, and reassess the risks so we can be sure these improvements are making the positive impact we expect”.
