Ramsey Timber has taken the next step in its automation journey with the installation of a robotic stapler in their Assembly department. The setup, delivered by JJ Smith and utilising a Universal Robots cobot, was fully commissioned in late 2025 and is enabling vast capacity and consistency improvements for our divan sub-assemblies.

Investment in robotics is the only way for us to stay competitive in a tough market with ever increasing costs.
